All Stratum.Store products will be sent from the US via US shipping services. After order was labeled and shipped, the responsibility of Stratum.Store item delivery will be called off. Due to issues connected to shipping services we understand & advice you to add Insurance prior to order submission (Please contact us in order to add insurance). At all times, Stratum.store will provide customers with valid tracking and shipment information.
Orders received before 1pm EST Time Monday through Friday will ship out the same day; orders received after 1pm EST Time (including weekends) will ship on the next business day. Domestic and international orders will have the option to upgrading the shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and with a clear credit authorization by 1pm EST Time, or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping fees will vary depending on the weight and destination of your package, and will be automatically computed when you enter your shipping information in the checkout pages.
We assert that Stratum’s store most trusted US shipping services are FedEx&USPS. We believe that shipping services above are most trusted, rapid and virtue to its own and our buyers. Besides the above, Stratum store does not take responsibility for any damages during shipping by used companies (FedEx, USPS). Shipment insurance option will be available for buyers as an option if needed. Shipment insurance will be added at buyers expense.
Track Your Order: An e-mail confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address as soon as your order leaves our store. Haven't received an e-mail from us? Please check your e-mail’s junk, spam. Sometimes it ends up in there.
International Orders: Will be shipped via FedEx International, UPS Worldwide, or USPS Priority mail unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges do not include any import duties and local taxes that may be charged by customs agents. You are responsible for these charges at the time of delivery. Check with your local post office or Chamber of Commerce for details on import fees. Please, when placing your order, please notify Stratum.store about custom rules/law’s/policies in your region. Otherwise, we are not responsible for any delivery issues.
Please give us correct shipping information. Otherwise, order may not be received. If order sent back to Stratum.store due to incorrect shipping information given by customer, Stratum store will re-deliver at buyer’s expense.
Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order, we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on time and undamaged.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You may enter your tracking number at, depending on the carrier, www.FedEx.com, www.ups.com or www.usps.com to see the status of your shipment.

Warranty and Return Policy
If you would like to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can cancel online by contracting firstname.lastname@example.org
Stratum.store is a high-end, hand-made & limited vaping devices & accessories distributor.
Due to the limitation of our devices & accessories production, we will not accept returns after the order has been processed and shipped.
Defective product returns
All OLC manufactured devices are covered by a 14-day limited warranty. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects ONLY. Usage based defects are issues caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products. The following examples are NOT included in the warranty. Usage based defects include, but are not limited to:
• Devices that have dropped.
• Devices that have been crushed.
• Devices that have suffered damage from e-liquid leaking into the unit.
• Devices that have been exposed to water.
• Bent devices/atomizers.
• Damage to products due to any negligence of user.
Defects caused by user error are not covered under the defective return policy and are not eligible for defective return, exchange or replacement.
Customers are responsible for shipping returns unless wrong product had been provided.
In order to initiate a defective return, you must contact Stratum.Store support.
Stratum.store will not accept defective products that were held for more than 14 days after shipment was received.
Defective return requirements:
Due to manufacturer requirements, we must comply with the following when accepting a defective return and any customer returning a defective device must have the following in order for you to accept the defective return:
● Original Product Packaging
● Receipt/Proof of Purchase
● Picture or Video demonstrating the defect
● A written or typed explanation accompanying the defective product and visual context.
Please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your refund or exchange of merchandise.
